Students and parents both need to complete their portion of the Athletic Participation Registration process within Skyward (which includes the Concussion and Head Injury Release Form) and have a physical completed by a licensed physician on file with the Athletic Department before students may participate in try-outs, practices, and/or competitions. Physical exams must be dated AFTER April 1st for the upcoming school year (ex. no earlier than April 1, 2026, for the 2026-2027 school year).
