Paperwork:

Prior to checking out any equipment or practicing: All paperwork including enrollment forms, physical, and consent forms must be turned in to the MTMS office. In addition, all fees must be paid. Physical exam date must be on or after May 1st of 2024. Any questions contact the MTMS office.

Equipment to Purchase: 

All players will need to purchase their own:

• Mouthguard
• Recommended: 5 pad girdle (hip, thigh and tail) and volleyball knee pads (we wear these with shorts over the top to stay cool at practice).

OR

• 7 pad girdle (hip, thigh, tail, and knee pads). This is fine but some days we don't wear knee pads and this isn't an option with this choice.
• Football cleats

All other equipment is provided. If a player would like to use their own personal helmet and shoulder pads, please bring these items to pad checkout. Helmet must be up to date with reconditioning and must be painted white with a grey facemask.
